At Oakspire Research, we work to ensure your order is packaged securely and delivered promptly. Please review this shipping policy before placing your order. All products are supplied for laboratory and research use only and are not intended for human consumption.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
- We ship using reliable carriers to help ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Delivery times vary by location. Most orders within the United States arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method selected.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment fees will apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at zac@oakspireresearch.com with photos of the packaging and product.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

At this time, Oakspire Research ships within the United States only.
